Come join us at our commercial fermentation kitchen on our farm in the mountains of Southern Oregon. You will learn to master all types of vegetable fermentation, made from fresh and tasty organic produce from neighboring farms. Lunch is provided and we accomodate all types of diets upon request. This is a great chance for you to make recipes with us and get all of your questions answered. Its a lot of fun and you will take home a lot of your own ferments!
